KISS Protocol TX Delay Settings

I built my own version of the MicroAPRS Arduino board with Bluetooth.
My plan is to use it with APRSDroid and sometimes a computer. To the point now.

How can I set the tx delay preamble for the kiss protocol version? I see no way to do this. Using Xastir on the computer I set it to my liking via its settings, but it is not applied. Still transmits with next to nothing delay. APRSDroid doesn't have these settings, so how can I go about setting a 300ms preamble?
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: KISS Protocol TX Delay Settings

Nobody seems to have an answer. May have to dead end the project unfortunately.

Re: KISS Protocol TX Delay Settings

I know you already got this info NA7Q, but just posting here to let anyone else know the solution to this.

If anyone else is having the same problems, have a look here: http://unsigned.io/using-kiss-settings-in-xastir/
