Re: First tests with 1-chip type DRA transceivers from DORJI

Hi Klaus,

Thanks for putting up some information around the Little DORJI Transceiver. I did also order two of them for some experiments. As meanwhile my APRS iGate is up and running, I want to Build a dog tracker now. I plan to use the DORJI Transceiver, a small GPS module and a homebuild MicroAPRS module plus some RGB LEDs.

Re: First tests with 1-chip type DRA transceivers from DORJI

Hi Stefan,
also without having a dog or cat of my own, i am interested in your dog tracker project. For operation on only one specific frequency, needed TRX settings only must be send uniquely towards the DRA chip and will be stored internally after this.

My actual project is a simple decoder connected to serial output of MicroAPRS modem, where incoming data from other stations are used for speaking callsign, distance, direction and ( on request ) altitude.
